Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge is an American actress. Her first professional appearance was in supporting roles in the teenage comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002) and She's the Man (2006). She later played reporter Willa McPherson on the FX series Dirt and also played a minor role in the short-lived series The Ex List. In the premiere season, she starred in the role of Moira O'Hara, an untried Moira and in the second season, she was Kaylee. She was Jessie Anderson in the AMC series The Walking Dead and Sophie in the NBC series This Is Us. She also voices several characters in the animated comedy series of Family Guy. She has been the voice of Melinda "Mel" Monroe on Virgin River on Netflix since the year 2019. Virgin River since 2019. Breckenridge was raised in Darien in Connecticut. She relocated to California with her mother when she was of 10. They moved around for one year before finally making the move to Mill Valley. Breckenridge began to take an interest in acting, singing, and photography at the age of 13. When she was 15, she moved with her mom back to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career.
